Current Format
The Nursey currently running on Saturday Morning takes the format of an initial warm followed by small numbered skill stations to provide the maximum time to each young player to develop their skills and develop a love for the game.
The Stations are supervised by young and introductory coaches under the overall supervision of the clubs GPO.
The Stations are set out prior to the session starting and a section where the warm up is to be completed is also coned off.
